Ella is the Communications Consultant for the Gibson Group.  As a native Mandarin speaker with experience of working in the film industry as director, producer and editor on various projects in New Zealand; her expertise lies in understanding both the Chinese and New Zealand market and underpinning effective communication between the two.
 
After achieving a BA (Hons) in Media and Film Studies from Victoria University, Ella worked on a variety of projects including translation and interoperation of promotional material for WETA Limited, production and direction of music videos and various commercial projects.
