Victoria is the Chief Executive of the Gibson Group. She is responsible for the leadership of the company, including its strategic direction and the culture within it. Victoria works with the management team, the producers and staff to ensure that the company’s high standards are maintained.

In addition to her law degree, Victoria has degrees and post graduate qualifications in theatre, film and languages.  Victoria is on the board of SPADA (the Screen Production and Development Association), Screenrights and has been chair of Bats Theatre for 10 years.
